...a kiss is still a kiss

a sigh is just a sigh

the fundamental things apply

as time goes by.

The new "A Kiss Is Just a Kiss" palette from Fresh is so pretty, I've just been staring at the packaging all day. I love black and white, and this palette is just so elegant and glamorous.

The colors were inspired by 1940's glamour and as is the usual with Fresh palettes, they're stunning.

On the left we have Satin Luster in Moonlight, a pale silver creamy shimmer highlighter. I've been in love the Satin Lusters since I first picked up the original palette over two years ago. They're perfectly sheer, smooth, and really make you look lit from within.

Blush Cream in Love is a cool pink that would even work well on lips as a base for gloss or a dusty pink stained effect. Fresh cream blushes have a great texture and go on smooth without ever looking shiny or greasy.

Then there's that gorgeous berry shade, Lip Shine in Glory - burgundy with a bit of silver shimmer. It has the consistency and coverage of a good non-sticky gloss, and the color is just so pretty (it's sheerer than it appears in the pan).

And if this isn't enough for you, you can also pick up the companion Satin Liner palette which houses 3 cream liners in an equally gorgeous black-and-white floral compact.

Really pretty... I'm not so much a fan of cream blushes anymore though... I feel like they always just sink into my pores and make me look gross
