Hi all,

Has anyone ever tried adesign makeup brushes? I hear all the raves from magazines but would like more objective opinions. Thanks.

The website address is adesignbrushes.com. It's supposedly used by the pros and on the set of Grey's Anatomy.

I've tried them and they are AMAZING.. lov lov lov

I love their pointed foundation brush

their pointed concealer brush

they also have their new pointed and flat kabuki brushes that I've been playing with and it's sooo cute. does a good job also. and they have an amazing super large body powder brush. I think I literally squealed outloud when I saw that one. The brushes look great, fit good in the hand, and the handle is a bit thicker than a normal makeup brush. May take some getting used to but I like it. The cuts and such are different so I usually get those.. like the all over shadow brush I like...

Hi,
I've never heard of them before. Is it a drugstore brand? I know the d/s brand Upstage changed their name, but I don't remember the new name.

From what I know, you can find the brushes at specialty stores, amazon.com and their online store.

The price is more, but the quality is excellent. No hairs falling out, ever. The brush handles are really nice (glossy black) that are thicker than normal. But what I like the most is the cut of the brush and the hair. Most brushes are too 'flippy' as in the hair is cut too long for it to actually DO anything.. it just flips the product around. These are more compact and you actually get more hair in the casing.. it's thicker. So it picks up product better and applies easier. Also they have innovative cuts, like the pointed foundation brush (never saw that before) and such that for a pro like me, I squeal over... just different... Sign up for their newsletter for deals and such. They recently had a all pro set for $99 that I almost bought...
