OOOh, wow that's scary! I'm not from the "flyer's club" - Not crazy about planes, however I "go" - Those people must have been nervous wrecks. I hate landings, I'm always afraid for that reason (skidding, or maybe blowing a tire) - But, I always applaud the Cap't when ever I touch-down!!

That's all we could talk about here (I live about 40 minutes away from the airport). Everyone is just happy that no one got hurt....only about 24 minor injuries from what I saw on the news.

Thank god that plane stopped before hitting the motorway.. I still cant believe there were no fatalities

The pilot and crew sure deserve some recognition for handling this so well. It is just amazing that there were no fatalities.
