Any good memory foam pillow rec.?

hi, i've been occassionally suffered from back/shoulder pain when i wake up in the morning, hard to get a good sleep all night through. Is there any good memory foam pillow that could solve these problems? i've done a bit researching on it, novaform, tempur-pedic, contour cloud pillow....which one should be the best? that's not too soft nor too firm?

I have the novaform pillow and the 3 1/2" mattress topper... I LOVE THEM!!! Got them at Costco. I cannot sleep on anything else now
