I bought this product online and it is bad. By bad I mean it has turned on the inside with little hard nasty things. There is no way to get a smooth application.
Nordstrom had sent me a delux sample of this stuff and I loved it so I bought the full size. Does anyone know how to contact the TM company directly? Their website is not up yet. All I can say is EWWW. Could this have happened during shipping with the temp?
