Anyone heard of Talika Lipocils?

I read about this product called Talika Lipocils lash conditioner, which is from France, and is for people losing lashes. They claim that the lashes actually grow back soft and lush as ever. Anyone ever used this or heard of it?

I've heard that it's really effective for making lashes longer, but never tried it because it's expensive.

you can get it direct from Talika on their website...it comes super fast. I bought something and had it in like three days.
