this tastes *exactly* like the dressing used at sushi restaurants. makes 1 3/4 c 1/2 c minced onion 1/2 c peanut oil (i use veg oil) 1/3 c rice wine vinegar 12 T minced ginger 2 T minced celery 1 T ketchup 4 T soy sauce 2 T sugar 1/2 t minced garlic 1 t lemon juice serve over iceberg with cucumbers cut on the bias, radish slices, and shredded red cabbage. it sometimes needs a bit of tweaking- usually the soy sauce. if it isnt flavored enough, add a bit more sugar and vinegar.
