I have good news for all my fellow BECCA devotees who mourned the brand's departure from Sephora. For the first time ever, BECCA is doing...palettes.

Whee!

These two gorgeous eye palettes each contain 4 Eye Colour Powders and 1 Compact Eyeliner, and they're so elegant and pretty that I'm itching to get them right now...even though they don't hit stores until November. BECCA eye shadows are excellent - they have great pigment and staying power, and they blend beautifully.

As with the BECCA shadows, the names of these palettes - Sateen and Velveteen - were inspired by luxe fabrics. The Velveteen palette (right) is my favorite of the two, but both are gorgeous and sure to become staples in your collection. The details on both:

Sateen Palette

Tussah (antique gold shimmer)

Lame (silver mauve shimmer)

Chantilly (lavender-infused cream, demi-matt)

Tweed (warm burnished brown, demi-matt)

Compact Eyeliner in Bambi

Dual-ended Liner/Shadow Brush

Velveteen Palette

Organza (pearly white shimmer)

Lurex (silvery-gold shimmer)

Chintz (khaki-gold shimmer)

Shantung (antique bronze shimmer, one of my all-time favorite BECCA shades)

Compact Eyeliner in Barbarella (rich black)

Dual-ended Liner/Shadow Brush

Both palettes retail for $49 and will be available next month.

Are their brushes any good? I remember a SA tellin me to get them. But I'd NEVA heard of this line before so I shrugged her off...
