best primer + foundation for textured/bumpy skin w/ combo skin

the primer and foundation im using is showing my dry, acne and bumpy skin but i get oily on my t-zone, nose and chin but dry on my cheeks and temporal area. i want it to look flawless or at least something that doesnt show/cling onto the texture/bumpy skin. thank u !!
