I agree. I actually like clinique take the day off oil cleanser way better and it's cheaper too!

My box finally arrived today.

I revealed my box and I am very disappointed. I got my Kiehls sample choice. But the rest of products don't match my profile. R+Co Dallas shampoo and conditioner, Beauty Protector & Volume, and the Arrow liner - I hate pencils that need sharpeners. I know I'm getting older and my hair isn't exactly what it used to be, but thickening and volume products just don't make sense. I have thick, dry, wavy hair and these products won't get used.

Update: I emailed CS my complaint and they offered to send me a second box that better fit my profile.

Box 1: Roloxin, Coastal Scents, Kiehl's, Arrow, Protect & Volume, Dallas foils

Box 2: Paula's Choice, Benefit, Real Chemistry, Kiehl's, Arrow, Protect & Volume, Dallas foils

I'm not so sure it's a better match since I ended up with even more of the volumizing products and the liners I didn't want, but it's nice to have 5 samples to try plus double of my sample choice.
