I also hated the flip top because you have to open them up slowly to make sure you do not jerk the container and spill the powder.
I was very happy to exchange these little containers for real screw top jars with sifters. They make using these sooooo much easier.

I was thinking the same thing. I could picture myself totally opening the lid and that pigment flying all over me, lol.

I have these. honestly, i put my loose shadows in them. opening the jar when it is filled can be a pain in the as* just because you have to keep it tilted in a certain manner.

i didnt think they were an issue at all!

you can find them in the Paint section...

They look cool. I have to laugh because I was skimming through the posts and I thought Leza1121 wrote " They would work great for Perogies! "

lol

Oh, okay. I spend enough money at Micheal's as is, I don't need to be exploring every aisle in order to find an item. Trust me, it would not turn out well for my bank account.

I bought some of those last week and they work good and i didn't have any kind of problem opening them.

Oooh thanks for sharing! I always tend to overlook my loose NYX shadows because of the akward packaging. I'll definately have to check those out. I love Michaels. <3

OMG, I thought I'm the only one who loves Buddy Cups! I saw them at Michael's while looking for something to place my MAC pigments in because I split 2 full jars with a friend, and I just found them in this obscure area at the craft store. I tried them and I was sooo amazed that indeed, they are spill-proof! Then when we flew to SF for a relative's wedding, I didn't want to carry all my moisturizers, facial cleanser, etc, so I placed 3 days worth of them in those buddy cups and man, not a drop spilled! Hurrah for buddy cups!
