Can anyone help me choose my Makeup Forever HD Foundation shade ?

Hey guys, so I went to the Sephora store to get the new Makeup Forever HD Foundation and the woman picked out a shade for me. I really can't remember the shade she said but i have a strong feeling it was the 120, that's why I need your help. I want to get it online because it's cheaper but I just forgot the shade. Besides the store is too far away for me to go back. I'm going to be using the MAC Studio Finish Concealer NC20 for deep blemishes. This is me :
