Remember the Seinfeld episode where Jerry's on a date at a pizza shop and goes to use the bathroom? He comes out of the stall and catches the cook leaving the bathroom without washing his hands! SMH. Then there's a hilarious, I repeat, Hilarious, comedy special Colin Quinn did called A History of the World. He talks about the evolution and progress of humankind, but how we constantly display lapses of intelligence and common sense. He mentions all kinds of accomplishments and accolades, then scratches his head because everywhere you go, there are signs to remind employees to..you got it.. Wash their hands! We all have probably showed lapses or witnessed such moments. Why don't we share? :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> :D

I have to wash my hands after using the bathroom. If no water is available I'll find wet wipes or a bottle of alcohol to use.

Those signage are required regardless of how redundant they may appear. When I managed restaurants, they needed to be there and a short course in hand washing is given to all new staff. Better safe than sorry.

Lol, went out to celebrate a friends bday last night. One of the girls in our posse was wearing a super sexy low cut number with everything but her nipples hanging out. She asks, "do I look like a hooker?" I said, "yep, a mighty fine and expensive one!" Overdressed for the bar, but we like to go over the top at times. She laughed, I laughed, and lots of guys offered to buy drinks all night and forgot she had a face at times. I hate when people ask my opinion and get upset with the answer. At least with my friends, they know I'll be honest lol. If I ask if I look fat, I expect a friend to tell me yes. Then suggest I try something else on lol. Don't lie and let me walk away, looking like a hot mess.

Legally, I know. I work in a hospital. Infection control x 10000.. lol. It's kind of funny, still. Definitely..my sympathies for all CSR folks. There are daily examples of lack of common sense from asinine callers, I'd imagine!

I would prefer that those signs are there and have a false sense of security that those in the kitchen touching my food have clean hands than not. I generally am not awake til 9:30am so I don't endeavor to answer work related questions until then or I look at them with dead eyes and tell them I will give them an answer when I wake up.

I know! I don't get how some people could just forget to wash their hands after the bathroom.

I have to wash my hands every time, or I just feel so... dirty if I didn't!

Oddly enough, this was a topic of conversation at work when I saw someone I knew enter a stall, stay in there for a while...(not sure if I heard the toilet flush) but while I was washing my hands, she walked passed me and left without stopping at the sinks! Yuck!

As gross as not washing one's hands is, the grossest thing I see at work (and I see it FAR too often) is when someone is using a seat liner and doesn't bother to dispose of it. Seriously? If your butt is too good to touch the seat, then why should *I* have to dispose of YOUR butt-germed liner, ya know?

IKR!? I usually just look at that and go.... "noope." and find a different stall. If it is a single bathroom, then I guess your forced. lol

I've never gotten those liner things either, its basically just a very thin piece of paper or plastic and your butt is basically on the toilet anyways!

the worst is when someone 'hovers' and doesn't clean the seat afterwards. if you like to hover and piss, please for the love of god don't miss.
