Concealer Tips And Tricks

Thank you for the tips! I need to start using concealer but it always looked so dry and flakey on me. I'll try mixing it with some moisturizer tomorrow and see if that helps. I was complaining to someone about my eye liner getting into the little fine lines under my eyes and she said I needed concealer and powder to fix that problem. Gonna try it tomorrow!
