I want to make homemade bon bons like I do each year, peanut butter and coconut ones. However I am so pressed for time, I was wondering how far ahead of time could I make the balls and put them in the freezer for. I would like to make them this week around wednesday the 12th and the dip them around the 22nd or so. Would that be too long. I don't want them to taste bad. Also what about freezing cookies etc??
