Custom fragrances???

Anyone know a place that can create or rather recreate fragrances? I'm looking for a home spray in the scent of a discontinued Pier One frangrance. Candles are ok, but I'd rather have a room spray.

I've tried everywhere online and nobody has the fragrance I want.
