Well it was almost 3 years ago when i had my hair bleached and ever since then my hair has thinned out alot and hasn't really grown back to it's fullness like it use to be.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can do to get my hair back to how it was or am i pretty much screwed?
I heard that taking vitamins will make it grow back, but i don't know if that'll actually work or not.
