Do you have a media kit for your blog?

OK, I'm going to resuscitate this thread.

I was approached by a company and asked for a media kit. (Very surprising, beacuse it really takes some effor to contact me)

Any ideas on how to put a nice one together?

My beauty blog is fairly new, but my other blog (very personal, Japan focused and country specific when it comes to its intended audience) is fairly big with a strong follower base. There's a lot of readership spill over between those two blogs. I'm also a published author in my home country (the book was a fairly decent hit and got a lot of media attention - press, TV, radio, internet, etc).

Should I put all of that info into my media kit for the beauty blog?

If any of you ladies have any tips and suggestions, please let me know. I need to come up with something by Monday! Yikes!

Etsy has tons of media kit templates for sale. I took the plunge, even though I'm not a beauty blogger and got one. It's been totally worth the money. I got a free vacation out of it (or at least I think I did)...
