Do you pick at your skin/pimples/scars, etc?

I broke out really bad a couple of years ago on my right cheek, from stress. I went pick happy and now I have ugly scars....

SO I try not to anynore....It's hard not to though

Can't keep my hands off a pimple! I was so excited when I found this pimple thing at Sephora. It has a hole at the end to push on the pimple without using your nails. Weird to be excited over that huh!!

I only pop a pimple if it has a whitehead. I always put alchol on it with a q-tip before, then I pop it, Then I dry area with alcohol, after there's no more liquid coming out, I put a dab of clearasil on tip. The skin is usually closed the next day. I just feel it's easier to conceal a little scab than a pimple.
