I haven't been very active for the past two years or so. When I was younger I took karate and horseback riding lessons. I am skinny, so I'm not looking to lose weight, but I am very out of shape. I am interested in yoga. I know there are several different kinds...is there any particular one that is suitable for someone that is out of shape, just to get started with? Thanks in advance!
