Egg and wheat free recipies?

Does anyone have any or can point me in the direction of some? I need to avoid wheat due to IBS but most recipies seem to add egg instead, which I am allergic to.

This site has downloadable cookbooks with gluten-free and eggless recipes. I've had really great results using their recipes! Sometimes I can't find all the fancy types of flour that they use, so I'll just use an all purpose gluten-free baking mix from Bob's Red Mill or Arrowhead Mills. http://www.vitalita.com/cookbooks.html
