Emma Watson--Looking good or looking bad?

Well I don't know who she is, but I'm not wild about the clothing.

Her shoes look nice though. Wish she didn't bleach her hair... I don't quite like the blonde.

I like the casualness of the dress, but looking at context, I would think she would have something else hanging in her closet for the event.

I'm not a fan. And if she insists on wearing this dress I think her hair and makeup (what makeup?) should be more polished. And there should be a belt around the dress, or it should be put on her better. Looks too sloppy, like a hospital gown.
