Enough SPF

My lotion and my new Mineral Makeup both have SPF 15, is it enough? I was just wondering. I just hate the way my face shines.

Well as long as you don't go out in the sun for more than half an hour so it's okay I guess.

But if you do, no it's not enough. According to the skincare book I have read, if you wear 2 cosmetics with SPF at once it won't double your protection at all. The same with wearing non SPF lotion and SPF makeup at the same time, it will reduce the sun protection become half of it. So make sure you wait for a few minutes until your moisturizer absorbed and apply sunscreen after that.
