The logo rubbed off...
I think its a liquid pen...
(defenitley a pen)
Ok gotcha. Just a quick note... In the make-up world, the proper term is ______ liner. In the blank space, you would use the word--- liquid, cake, felt, powder, eye, lip etc. The term pen is used to describe a writing implement...
Yeah we use lots of pens like sharpies, highlighters, and ball points for all the paperwork we have to do, this is to avoid any confusion when describing product to other MuA's. Ok enough of the english lesson.
Ok, so re-reading your original post. If you're wearing your liquid liner everyday for three weeks, it's time to get a new one. Typically liquid liners last about 3 weeks anyway, depending on how often and how much product you use. 4 weeks at the most before it begins to dry out. Also make sure you shake your liquid liner before use, most have a small ball to help agitate the product, you'll hear a slight rattling sound.
Also based on your observation, the loosing moisture, the change in shade / line density, the pressure you're using, all of this means, is that your liquid eye liner is running out of product... Plus the logo has rubbed off, which means you've had for quite awhile. A good rule of thumb is when your line is becoming "weak", it's time to get a new one.
Also, make sure the cap is on tight. Sometimes product can build up on insides of the cap edges which won't create a tight seal. (Same goes for your mascara tubes!)
HTH, good luck!
