What is your favorite wardrobe piece, clothing or accessory wise, to dig out of the closet for chillier months? I'm stuck between my peacoat, boots, and maybe scarves. My peacoat is edging out the others because depending on styling, it can be urban, classic, funky...anything. Plus, its awesome looking and always chic. Although, I do love a beautiful pair of boots and love winding a scarf around my neck and lapel of my peacoat....choices, choices lol. What about you?

I got a super cute peacoat that is ruffly on the bottom from macy's last year and I love it, but my fall clothing of choice is tights! I wear them alllll the time. And ankle boots. Oh and this great gray dress I have. forget it, I just love fall clothes lol.

Mine are definitely scarves, leggings/tights, and boots.

These are my favorite Minnetonka boots!  (I've had these for 4 years! I definitely recommend this brand)

I love winter because it cuts down on the girls that wear shorts so tight that they disappear into nether regions.

It doesn't get very cold here. So, my go to outfit is dresses/skirts with tights, cardigan/sweater, and flats/boots/TOMS shoes.

Oh my daughters love their peacoats. They love those old fashion hats (and I'm blanking on the name of those hates) to go with their peacoats.

Oh my goodness lmao!! That is hilarious!

What is this winter you speak of? I live in the SoCal desert which means it goes from 120 degrees in the summer back down to 70s in wintertime. It only rains maybe once or twice per winter so...uh... not a lot changes.

Wait, I know... I switch from my short skinny sandals to my thicker sandals. Does that count?

I do have some of my old stuff from when I lived in Maine and I would have to say probably my furry hats or scarves. Love furry things.

Aww.. poor Dalylah! I love frolicking in the snow and warming up with spiked cocoa by a blazing fire! Jumping in the brightly colored and slightly crackly leaf piles... Haha.. you can throw some wool socks on under your sandals! Darn autospell!

I do not miss traditional winters at all!

That said, I am looking forward to the few chilly nights we'll have this winter so that I can wear the gorgeous red leopard trench coat my old man got me for Christmas last year.

I do not miss the snow in Maine. That is too much snow. I would just like a few more days of rain. Whenever I tell hub that he points at the sprinklers and tells me to outside.

Lol! There isn't ever a shortage of rain in western WA...we even have a rain forest to romp through! I love the seasons here and fall is a fave for the scenery and smells. I love the colors of autumn and only wish I lived on the coast again. I miss seeing the teal grey ocean waves, stormy and tumultuous and falling asleep to the sound of them. I see the draw of living in huge cities and convenience of so much culture, but I'd rather have a little bit of wildness in my backyard. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Fall and Winter is a very exciting season here in the city. I am going on vacation to Puerto Rico in 3 weeks and was forced to shop online since all of our stores are fully equipped with winter clothes and accessories. LOL!

I love my trench and Pea coats, scarfs and hats and gloves.  Boots, ankle, knee, Snow boots. and Stockings I love stockings! lol

Omg... This is tough. I love wearing jackets/coats, scarves, boots, patterned tights with wool skirts and sweaters. If I had to pick one, it would be a jacket/coat.

This year I think I'm going to change the buttons on one of my favorite pea coats to give it a refreshed look.

I forgot about stockings too... Jazbot reminded me. I lurve stripey stockings!

I just bought a bunch of vintage leather jackets that I'm dying to wear but it's still really warm.  I think I can put up with being sunny and warm vs having to wear my leather jackets and coats.  I bought 4 in the summer, 2 long and 2 car length.  and boots.  I love boots and leather coats.

I just bought some sweater leggings so I can winterize my dresses and got a few new boots. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I'd be lost without my dresses all winter (plus I'm required to wear skirts to MK meetings). Got a couple scarves too.

I loathe winter...I hate having to wear pants and layers and jackets and shoes! I much prefer summer when I can throw on a sun dress and flip flops!!

This year though, I discovered fleece lined leggings/tights, so I can still wear my dresses/skirts without absolutely freezing.
