Welcome again Sue Ellan! Now stop introducing yourself and get posting in the forums!!! LOL....

Welcome, Sue Ellan, glad you joined! Yes, this site seems to attract lovely, sweet and understanding people. I notice there are some other crossdressers, as well.

My family discouraged me from wearing makeup. Now that I'm over the age of 50 I am rebelling (finally). Not too many years ago, my older brother stood over me disapprovingly and said, "Well, you've got yourself all up with MAKEUP. I suppose you think that looks good on you; but it doesn't. Your eyelids are all purple, your lips are uneven, your cheeks are blotchy..." I wasn't wearing any makeup at the time... Please note that I am a biological female, married, conservative, religious, etc. So I understand how it feels to have people disapprove and suppress all your happy natural feelings.

With love,

Ruthie

Youwill find other crossdressers here. Probably many more that do not say so.

Only thought is remember your a woman not "cheesecake".

Your feeling welcome is encouraging to me..As I was browsing the above comment cracked me up.
My wife, Dee, has had to work with me on posing for pictures. As men emulating women, we tend to think of pictures we saw of girls and women growing up in 'sexy' poses forgetting that such images were posed my men, for men, and don;t really capture a woman's essense. When we try it it looks silly, because our bio-markers come through and the pose does nothing to belie that.

Kind like how a supermodel may look good in a burlap sack, that doesnt make it attractive for everyone.

I know that there are many of us MTF cd's out there, I am not too ashamed to be labeled as such. Welcome nice to have you here.
