Finding that sold out item or size?

I remember hearing about a certain person or site that will hunt down the item you want (for a small fee). I know about personal shoppers and while this site/person might very well be a personal shopper, I remember hearing about a specific site/person. I think it was either in a fashion magazine or on television. Can anyone help me with this? I have a couple of items that I really really want but the stores no longer have it in my size. Tried Ebay, but no one is listing them either. Did anyone else hear about this site/person? Thanks!!!

I've never heard of that but it sounds awesome! I always have a hard time finding jeans in my size.
