How does everybody find time to fit fitness and exercise into the schedules. Since moving in with my fiancee and being overwhelmed with work and other stresses I have found it difficult to find time to exercise and since have gained a few unwanted pounds. Before I moved in with him I had a lot more time to myself, and would ride my bike sometimes 10-12 miles a day with obviously kept me in good shape. I moved up here to Wisconsin from Indiana and did not bring my trusty bike with me and not had the money to purchase a new one so I quickly became bored of walking and running. And now finding the time is sometimes difficult, especially in freezing cold weather. Any tips for finding time and making it enjoyable plus seeing results. I don't really get many results from just walking.
