That was exactly the problem I had today. She was so unapologetic for making me wait twenty (yes, twenty!) minutes for her to fix the transaction. Oh well! I am happy with my purchase! While my Sally's people are nice, they're constantly screwing up at the register. I usually have to double check and watch the transaction go through, because they usually stiff me on sales' prices and deals. I've returned several times to have them fix and refund me the differences.
I still shop there, but I just watch everything when I'm checking out. They have a $1 off any China Glaze polish, so I picked up four the other day. Rang up and they didn't subtract from all my polishes, so I had to point it out lol.. probably try the other Sally's in my area, which is closer to my home and newer. They opened right before the holidays and I only noticed the store a few weeks ago!
