i just wanted to tell you guys about this number if you don't know about it already. it's the sephora help line where you call for orders, questions, comments, etc.
what i don't think a lot of people know is that they can also check the inventory of all the stores in the country to find a specific product you're looking for. stores do send-sales, where it's the same price as online, i believe. don't quote me on that.
just the other day, a client was going crazy looking for a discontinued smashbox product and they found a store in north carolina that had it in their inventory.
