I think it's a real cute dress that suits her and her look. I personally would not wear it.

I think she looks pretty, but her head always looks HUGE! The dress could do without the black button things that look like a pen exploded on her. It's probably Chanel...all of their recent dresses have those weird pill looking embellishments.
