Gifts For a Coach?

My sports team decided that we want to get our coach a gift at the end of the year.  We can't have it be too expensive because we also need one for our two assistant coaches.  Do you have any ideas on what we could get her?  Preferably something non-sports related.

Hmmm . . .   maybe a restaurant gift-certificate?   . . .  Or, if you have a lot of pictures of your sports team, you could make a collage of your fun times together!  (although I suppose that still relates to sports in a way . . . )

I'm a big one for Amazon gift cards. Restaurant gift certificates can be dicey, but almost ANYONE can find something at Amazon that they want! However, I also hate feeling like a gift card isn't "big enough" in value, so that can complicate matters.
