I did this absolutely ages ago, just after my hideous brow wax *shudders* and was growing my brows out. I think I've improved a lot since I did this so I'm planning another soon.
I used:
-Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation "Ivory"
-Milani "Luminous" blush
-MAC "Untitled" paint
-Kryolan Aquacolour Interfernz "512G"
-MAC "Shimmermoss" shadow
-MAC "Teal" pigment - Not eye safe!!!
-MAC "Forest Green" pigment
-MAC "Meadowland" shadow
-MAC "Nymphette" lipglass
-BodyShop lip plumper
-Lancome Hypnose mascara "Black" (I love gwp mascara!)
-Benefit "Onyx" eye liner
-MAC brushes #216, #239, #219, #217, #266
-Bodyshop synthetic bristle eyeshadow brush
-Superdrug powder brush.
Stage 1
Clean, moisturised face. I use a Lancome one I got in a gwp. Let it soak in for 10 minutes or so.
Stage 2
Apply foundation. I use a sponge as I haven't got round to buying a brush yet. Don't forget to blend it well so you don't get any lines.
Nice, even skin tone!
Stage 3
Squeeze a small amount of MAC "Untitled" paint onto ring finger. This finger uses less pressure so it doesn't drag over your lids. This is more than enough for both eyes.
Pat gently! Don't give yourself wrinkles!
There we have a nice base for applying the colour.
Stage 4
Use the Bodyshop synthetic eyeshadow brush to pick up some of the green Kryolan Aquacolour. Normally you use water but this one is very soft and I find it works great dry.
Apply over entire lid, fading out towards the edge.
Stage 5
We all know how to put shadow on a brush but "Shimmermoss" is so pretty it deserves a picture of its own. I use the #239 brush to get a dense colour on my lid.

Pat the colour on, the Kryolan Aqaucolour is very slightly tacky so the shadow sticks over the top. Apply over the previous green.

Stage 6

Using the #239 brush again, apply "Teal" pigment to the outer lid.

Blend the "Teal" into the "Shimmermoss" using the #216 brush.
Stage 7

Pick up some of the "Forest Green" pigment using the #219 brush and apply into the crease area and the outer corner of the shadow. It looks harsh but you're going to blend.

Blend with the #217 brush.
Stage 8

Dampen the #266 brush and dip into the "Forest Green" pigment. Apply on lashline on top lids as liner, the same on the lower lid.

Stage 9

Curl lashes and apply mascara.
Stage 10
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v249/Sirvinya/Green%20Tutorial/20.jpg
Use the #216 brush to pick up some "Meadowland".

Apply on browbone, blending into the top of the shadow. This stops such a harsh line where your shadow stops.

Blusher!

I didn't get a picture of the lip plump. But apply that and let it work for 5 minutes then apply gloss. With such strong eyes, you don't need much on your lips.

Something was missing from the look so I added black pencil liner to my top and bottom waterlines. I think this finished off the look nicely.
