My skin is horrible at them moment!!

I have spots on my t-zone and all over my left jaw and lower cheek and i'm beginning to get some on my right lower cheek!

At the moment i'm using clearasil cleanser and Vaseline Aloe Fresh moisturiser

I have been putting sugar in my cleanser and it's made my skin softer but my spots are still there

I haven't wore makeup in like 2 weeks to try make a difference but nothing.

Any tips to clear my skin fast as i go to London in 2-3weeks, and would love clear skin for it

Thanks guys

maybe also do some masks (clay based ones, green or white if your skin is sensitive) if you don't do some already. i've realised washing your face twice a day, do scrubs and masks just helps having a clear skin.

you can also use tea tree essential oil as a spot treatment, or citrus EO. the body shop sells some tea tree oil spot treatment.

It would help if you told us what your skincare/makeup routine is in the morning and night. That way, we can help you determine which of the products you are using might be the cause of your breakouts.

Ashley, i am going through the same thing you are going through. It takes time to get your skin to wear it needs to be; unfortunately it doesn't happen over night. Spots can take months to clear up. Are these dark spots are pimples? Vaseline causes my pores to clog. I been using a clay mask and for the last two weeks and it brought all of the pimples out of my skin. Now i am just working on clearing up the dark spots by using a fading cream. Again, it can take time for the dark spots to fade.

Try a toner for something different, like maybe even witch hazel if your skin is oily. Alot of people use Apple Cider Vinegar. You can read more about it in a sticky thread at the top of the skincare forum. Good luck!!

I'd say definitely get rid of the vaseline moisturizer and use something like Olay's Age Defying Intensive Nourishing Night Cream---it has beta hydroxy acid which helps with skin turnover which is why it's labeled as an anti-aging product but skin turnover also helps a lot for acne. Olay makes a daytime formula as well if you don't need quite as much moisture, but I've been using it for about a month and it works great.
