Okay so it's not officially the 8th yet.. but we had thanksgiving at my parents' house today

So Happy Thanksgiving! enjoy the food

INGREDIENTS

• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
• 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Whisk pumpkin, EAGLE BRAND®, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator

I'm surprised no Canadians bounced up in this thread yet. It must not be that big a deal up there??? Or maybe it is, and everyone is just off napping from all the turkey??? Oh well, happy Thanksgiving. It won't be long now till its our turn, then we will be getting our grub on!

Ahh! Here's where the Kanuks are!!! I was just remarking in Tony's other thread about Canadian Thanksgiving "Where are the Canadians". Well... found 'em!

Did you guys enjoy the holiday? I can't wait till our comes around! That's always fun (but I ALWAYS am the one in the kitchen.)
