Help with gray brown discoloration on warm olive skin

I have tan skin I use make up forever 153 or Nars Syracuse.... I have amazing cosmetics tan concealer.... Miracle skin transformer in tan. Have tried Bobbie Brown apricot corrector. It makes no dent in hiding this .... I have tried bleaching .... Nothing works. not even Dermablend. Tried it all. I can't seem to attach a photo here. But nothing has helped!! I am of Sicilian decent. It's around my chin and upper lip. Do any of you have anything that has worked or do you have advise? I may have to save money up and have some laser work. Help!

I normally recommend our customers apply concealer before AND after applying foundation. But that's with loose minerals. Not sure what form the concealer is that you're using. It's also important to blend the edges so you don't end up with too much lightening in that area. 

But for a permanent solution...laser may be the only way to go. I've never tried bleaching products, so can't really say.
