High school friends passing away...

So I am having far too many people my age and friends from High School passing away - it's getting pretty upsetting.

On July 31 we lost a friend due to a car accident...that was hard.

Yesterday, I found out that another friend was found passed in his apartment. Man, that was harder. They haven't yet determined the cause of death, but they are thinking it was possibly a seizure.

I am only 22...I shouldn't have to be dealing with the loss of friends yet

And it's so close to the holidays - makes you really grateful at life and everyone around you.

I'm so sorry. My life was like that for a while. A lot of loss in a short time. The holidays make it worse but I do try to be grateful for what I have now.

That happened to me, too. Right after I turned seventeen, two of my best friends, five of my cousins, my uncle, and my brother-in-law ODed and/or committed suicide within a three month period. It was an awful period for me but I promise the pain gets better over time. Hugs...

Ya know, it just seems to always happen that way. All at once death just hits!!! That's just life I guess--we have all been there hum--just roll with the punches.

Sorry girlie, I know it's not easy, I just had a close dog and cat pass away. And even though it's not the same as a human being. It just feels so unfair that such wonderful spirits have to leave. Hope you feel better.

Oh, I know how it feels to lose a pet, they are like family to me. I lost a dog that I basically grew up with! It was like losing a brother, seriously.

I also lost my Grandma, with whom I was very close, April of this year.

It's been a trying year...but lucky them, they get to be in a better place!

I'm very happy that I've yet to loose anybody, buuttt... I realize that it probably will happen... It's just life I guess.. I know it's going to suck.

I'm sorry Alex, that's rough. I know what you mean though, last week I found out a guy I've known since junior high fell asleep while driving home from the base last sunday. It's so sad.
