I started drinking organic chocolate soy milk but got a small break out. I am not sure if it was from the soy or not, I loved the taste so I hope not. I am seeing benefits with black cohosh and saw palmetto. fenugreek is great and I noticed less sweet cravings taking fenugreek! I also am trying to remember to take flax and fennel seed. I have licorice and burdock root but I feel like the black cohosh is more beneficial. I might finish them and after stick to just black cohosh. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I love what phytoestrogens are doing for my body shape and skin! can I recommend something else? I know this might sound completely wack but I have been spritzing monistat 3 (mixed with water) on my face and in my hair and I have seen some amazing results in a week! Apparently monistat is supposed to supress DHT (a type of tesosterone) as well as help reduce fungus that suppresses hair growth, apparently the fungus can cause rapid skin turnover which can clog pores and cause dandruff. My scalp feels great and I have way less dandruff and my skin is improving so much! I love monistat! You don't smell or anything I promise! Do some research though all the girls are raving about it for their hair! Some people have said its good for their skin but most of the articles are talking about the chaffing gel as a primer. I recommend this as well but I use both as well as milk of magnesia as a primer. ( you must think I'm nuts! ) Look it up its great!

Lots of products have multiples uses. However you have to be careful about choosing to use them for other reasons than what they are sold for due to lack of testing. The reason I say this is that I do realize some women use Milk of Magnesia for primer, however you have to realize the long term implications. Milk of Magnesia is made to draw water out into the intestines (for it's original use). There are warnings stating that extended use can cause dehydration. Using it on your face can potentially seal off pores and dehydrate your face, both of which can create unhealthy skin.

A big reason I say this is because my husband used to work in a nursing home and they used Milk of Magnesia (topical application) on the patients if they had bedsores. It would seal the bedsore by cutting it off from the air thus allowing it to dry up and heal.
