I've been trying to limit my spending lately and I have been saving up for the things I want to get. I want to know what Is the effective way to maintain consistency on my savings. What have you done before or doing now to achieve such consistency?

Simple things like not buying coffe from cafe. If you do it regularly you can see how many cash you spend. Besides sometimes is good to quit sugar and sweets. I buy second hand clothes sometimes.
I might just have to bring in coffee from home at this point. Thank you for your suggestions.
