I sit too much but try to eat reasonably. But I have a theory that my office chair wants my sides to touch the arm rests. It's getting close. I need to do something about it.
I also watch what I eat by unfortunately sometimes it gets out of hand and I eat too much. What you are doing is great, it is important to exercise to maintain your shape.
