How to make blue eyes look brighter?

I have copper blonde hair, brown dip dye, fair skin and light eyebrows. How do I brighten my blue eyes with makeup?

Using warm brown tone shadows will make them look brighter. If you want to make them look bluer use purples or greens.

Use Black dark liner and lite brown mascara. Also use kajal. It will help your eyes.

If you are a blonde naturally don't use black stick with lighter values such as browns and plums( however as you age the plums and purples need to become more neutral avoid those blue based purples)

 To make any color pop use the complementarity color ( colors that fall opposite on the color wheel )
