Information on real estate classes needed

So ive been thinking of doing Real Estate classes instead of Nursing, because I want to be at home studing. Can you take Real Estate classes online, know any good ones?

My sis does real estate, and I believe she got her license online. Caution though the real estate world is crazy. It can be dang tough, you work a lot of evening and weekends, have to carry insurance not to mention market factors. I recommend nursing but if you feel real estate is for you, definitely go for it.

Where did she get hers from? Working evenings and weekends wouldnt bother me.

I agree with colormeup. Selling real estate is difficult. Not to mention, it's not a steady income. You may make a bunch of money one year and next to nothing the next. Are you really good at budgeting your money and selling things to people? The housing market is in the toilet right now too!

JMO..but I think Nursing is a MUCH safer bet! RN's especially can pretty much write their own ticket because the shortage is so bad! And if you don't mind overtime you can make upwards of $100,000 a year as a Nurse!

I understand that but im not sure anymore that I could deal with all thr trama{sp?} esp death.
