As part of Ipsy's (formerly MyGlam) October box they sent out Be A Bombshell Eye Liner in Black. It is a marker type liner.
I personally adore the marker types. I find I have a lot of control over them. This particular liner comes in 3 colors: Onyx, Espresso, and Provocateur.
