Irritated eyes

I have been having really big trouble with my eyes for the last almost 3 years. It happens around 5 pm and around 9 pm. My eyes start to burn then they start watering and itching but the burning is bad. I went to the eye doctor about 2 years ago and he gave me these $90 eye drops that didn't do a daxx thing. It is getting worse and i don't know what to do. I have been wearing contacts for over 10 years but because my eyes are so bad i barely wear them anymore.

Has anyone else had this problem or knows someone who has had this problem. If so what was the solution?

My eyes are very dry as I don't produce enough tears and as crazy at it sounds, that makes them water. I use a RX drop but before that I used an eye gel before bed which helped alot. Bausch & Lomb makes one as do other brands. ask your pharmacist if you need help.

There are a whole host of chronic dry problems that cannot be solved by simply prescribing things like Restasis. I don't know if you have to pay co-payments everytime you visit the doctor, but I would keep getting a second opinion, a third, a fourth, maybe a fifth. Over time this may save you unnecessary trips to the clinic and time wasted on prescriptions that don't work.

Good luck on finding a solution. I know how frustrating not having an answer can be.

as u describe that u had visit doctor before 2 years, it is advisable to take proper treatments from reputed ophthalmologist in your city.
