My hair is all ONE color now LOL before it was about 4 different colors, I went to a salon and got it done in med brown (my natural color) my brother is getting married in Aug, and I would like to put highlights back in it. I dyed my hair in June, the end June. I was thinking that the picture below (the girl with blond hair) to use that color for highlights and maybe that style for the wedding day. Do you guys think thats dressy enough for a wedding?? My hair is short so there isnt really much I can do with it. (if you have any ideas please do share!) does anyone know how to get this look?? Thanks so much!

i think the hairstyle would be good for a wedding. you could use a curling iron to make the curls. about the highlights, i think that light blonde would be a bit too dramatic against your dark hair. unless thats the look ure going for, id recommend just lighter brown shades that still show, but look more natural.

I agree... maybe not BLONDE blonde, but maybe a caramel or light brown.. that would look nice!! And I think the style is perfect for a wedding! It's very pretty and I'm sure you'll look great!! Take pics so we can see!!

the hair style would be perfect with your hair and the wedding. i also think highlights would look great, but i would go for a dark, pretty, blonde (not ashy, and not brassy).

Welcome BACK Danielle!

To give more lively color and shine, a lighter hair color shade—Mega Browns BR2 Caramel—was used all over and blonde highlights were added with Excellence Crmelights.

Then, working with 1/2†sections, apply the color on the entire head from roots out to ends.

3 - Leave on 25 minutes and rinse well. The base is now a lighter color.

4 - Mix Excellence Cremelights according to instructions in the kit, but divide into three different mixtures, using Oreor Crème Developer in varying strengths —20-30-40 volume. Working with 1/4†strands, first brush on mixture with 20 volume developer at the back CROWN AREA.

5 - Gradually work toward the front with the 30 volume mixture, and finally use the 40 volume mixture at the top of the crown. This will create a sunburst effect with the lightest hair at the front.

6 - After brushing the Cremelights mixture on each strand, wrap in foil and clip hair at the crown in an upward pyramid shape. Depending on hair length and condition, develop 15-30 minutes, checking frequently.

That's Multi-Fusion.

</TD><TD vAlign=top width=360>What is Multi-Fusion?Multi-Fusion is a technique that applies various shades of color to an intricate pattern of triangular and diamond sections, creating dimension and interest without the use of foils. It is ideal for those clients that love the edge of creative experiment. This technique can be applied to any natural Level with no more than 10% gray.
