i'm not crazy about it, and i think the tights and shoes just don't go with the dress at all, but i like what she was trying to go for. at least it isn't boring and the dress's shape is fashion-y and at least isn't boring and just trying to be figure flattering. I find the whole throw a dash of red and push the boobs up in some generic cocktail dress to be a yawn.
