Lip sealer

Has anyone tried the lip sealer from nyc? It looks sort of like nail polish, it is clear and you put it on with a brush.

I haven't heard of this before. However, I have used Benefit's She Laq and it works great. I use it if I am going to go to an event where I can't keep re-applying my lipstick. Just make sure that it completely dries before letting your lips touch.
