I have a friend who uses liquid foundation pretty lightly over her skin, and THEN she applies MMU, for even better coverage and the "flawless" look. I personally have never done it, but her MU looks great. Does anyone else do that? I've never heard of it until a little while ago.

I haven't done that. The only mixing I do is regular concealer + MMU.

I actually do that once in a while, when I'm not too lazy..lol. I apply my Revlon Colorstay for Normal/Dry skin all over & then one coat of Bare Minerals in Medium Beige. I do it for the reasons you mentioned (better coverage & a flawless look). It works well for me.

I've done it a few times when I wanted more coverage because I knew I was having pictures taken. lol.

It does work well, but it's definitely full coverage!

I've never done that because the reason I use MMU is the light feeling. I really hate the feeling of wearing regular traditional foundation.

I've done it a couple of times. Not for the coverage though. I don't really know why, ha! Takes less time for me, I definitely apply liquid foundation quicker than MMU still!

I can't even imagine what it's like using liquid! I've totally forgotten! And pray UD never DCs their MMU, or I'll go insanely nuts!

I have a few times but not light on the liquid foundation (Revlon Colorstay) for obvious reasons!! Lol. And it did help cover better but I'm still looking for that illusive "flawless" look... Hard to look flawless when my skin has so many obvious flaws.. Sigh....

I do it. I use the Katie B liquid minera makeup and set it with powder mineral makeup. It does give a nice look.
