I cant vouch for the quality, but if you're starting out and not sure which brush does what... or just want to experiment with the different types of brushes and their sizes... then this might be a deal for you!

Hi - I just bought this because I am starting a business for make up. I will let you know as soon as they come in how well they work. Although the deal might be over at that point. I dont see how you can go wrong though. It is almost only a dollar a brush and from the pic they look decent. I hope they exceed my expectations but I know that is wishful thinking.

From past experience, they have one of the sloooooowest shipping programs.  Dont know why, but it took something like 3 weeks to get my product.

So tell me how to you like the brushes now that you have them. And was they worth the wait. I still dont have mine yet. I was thinking of calling it a lost call. but they sent me an email telling me my tracking number but it didnt work.

I was reading some comments on a blog I found via Google and apparently the brushes are pretty terrible and have a really horrible chemical smell. At least they were only $29...

They bought them from a wholesaler  in china for cheap and put a ridiculous price tag of $175 when they got it for $10

Not really, that's how any business makes money. They buy at one price & mark up. Actually, quite smart. 

I'll admit $175 is a ridiculous "value" but considering we all knew they were not name brand that's expected. 

I'm sure LivingSocial takes a big cut too, so there is probably less profit than you think. It's no different than eBay or even your local coffee shop to sell things for more than they cost.

I purchased this deal on 9/7 and still have not received my brushes. When you do a google search there are a lot of bad reviews for this company and they are running the deal AGAIN! I don't know how living social allows them to run another deal when they haven't even fulfilled the orders from the last deal!! No one returns calls or emails etc, I think it's a scam /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> From what I have read the brushes are crap and have a bad odor, they are shipped from china, so we could've probably bought them on eBay!

well i revecied mine today but i was not home so i have to go get it from the post office. i ordered mine in 9/6. send them an email saying that you want a refund and im telling you they will send it.

I ordered the 24 piece makeup brush set from widgetlove.com on Sept 9. It was the offer on livingsocial. Shipping took 4 weeks, which is about the same time frame that was stated in the offer details, so that didn't bother. The order arrived when I wasn't home, so USPS left a notice. It was a little annoying tracking it down, but I did receive my brushes and they are well worth the $29 dollars that I paid livingsocial.

I got the brushes, but can someone tell me what the brushes are in order? I know most of them but some like the nose shadow brush I can't tell which it is.
