Lower Lid Eyeliner?

I use e/s and L'oreal Kohl liner or MAC fluidline!

i use gel eyeliner on the top lid and use the pencil eyeliner on the outer edge of the bottom and smudge it a bit towards the inside...

I use a black kohl pencil on my lower waterline and on the lower lid, then I add a little bit of black eyeshadow and blend it in to make it look more smudgy and natural(ish!). It makes my eyes look much bigger.

I normally line my waterline and tightline my lower lashes with Clinique's Quickliner in Dark Chocolate for daytime. Sometimes I smudge it a bit.
